Medical practice Plantation, FL
Nine cameras, none of them recording
A 32-camera system with 90-day retention and zero downtime since install.
The practice had inherited a camera system from the previous tenant and assumed it was working. It was not: the recorder had filled in 2019 and silently stopped writing. Nobody discovered this until a slip-and-fall claim needed footage that did not exist.
We replaced the head end entirely, kept eleven of the existing camera positions because the cabling was sound, and added twenty-one more to cover the treatment corridor and both parking entrances. Retention is ninety days and the recorders report their own health to our monitoring every fifteen minutes.
We found out during an insurance claim that we had no footage at all. That does not happen now.
