Processing your order normally takes 1 – 2 days
Your IMEI must meet all of the following requirements:
Your device must not be reported lost or stolen.
Make sure your device has “Find my iPhone” turned off
You have paid all your AT&T bills before requesting the device unlock.
You have concluded your AT&T service contract or OUT OF CONTRACT.
If AT&T registers an early mobile upgrade of a previous phone, you must wait 14 days before you can request to unlock it.
Please provide your IMEI number by adding a message on the checkout. You can find the box to add the message under the delivery address.
Once we mark your order as SHIPPED that means that your phone has begun the unlocking process and will normally* takes 5 MINUTES!!
If you have a SIM card from a carrier other than your current carrier, follow these steps:
Remove your SIM card and insert the new SIM card.
Complete the setup process.
If you don’t have another SIM card you can use, follow these steps to complete the process:
Back up your iPhone.
Restore your iPhone from the backup you just made.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]NO REFUNDS IF:
1. Your IMEI doesn’t meet ANY of the above requirements.
2. Lost, blacklisted or stolen phones.
3. Accounts which have bills outstanding.
4. Phones still under contract.
5. Phone is not AT&T iPhone.
6. If find my iPhone is on.

Follow these steps if you have any issues or if you see this message in iTunes or on your device:
“The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported. Only compatible SIM cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iPhone. Please insert the SIM card that came with your iPhone or visit a supported carrier store.”
Restore your iPhone to factory settings.
Restore your iPhone from a backup.
